Gráinne O’Neill
Gráinne O’Neill has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, people-focused facilities management. Since joining Sodexo as Global Services Manager for a valuable client in October 2023, Gráinne has led a high value contract covering workplace experience, technical services, catering, cleaning, reception and sustainability.

Gráinne’s role requires balancing operational priorities with evolving client needs while consistently delivering measurable value. Her leadership has contributed to key successes, including winning the Site of the Year Award 2025 and supporting the client in achieving a global sustainability award.
She is particularly passionate about developing high-performing, collaborative teams and building trusted partnerships across onsite and regional stakeholders.

John Murphy
John Murphy’s career reflects both technical expertise and a strong commitment to continuous development. Progressing from Technical Services Manager to GSM, John now leads a high value contract delivering integrated services across cleaning, technical services, landscaping, laboratory support and more.

John demonstrated exceptional leadership during the mobilisation of a client's high value administration building during the COVID-19 pandemic - ensuring safe and seamless delivery during a complex and challenging period. Alongside his professional achievements, John completed a Level 8 Honours Degree in Facilities & Workplace Management with first-class honours, reflecting his dedication to industry excellence.

Paul Toomey
Paul Toomey brings a forward-thinking approach to facilities management, focusing on growth, adaptability and operational scale. As Technical Services Manager, he plays a leading role in delivering services on a developing greenfield site.

Paul has been instrumental in mobilising a major new site in Limerick, managing the complexities of vendor setup, expanding scope and onboarding new teams across both Sodexo and client organisations. His work continues as the site progresses through its next phases of development.

Dorina has developed her expertise in contract operations and soft services delivery, building strong relationships with both clients and teams. A standout achievement was leading an operational improvement during Summer Deep Cleaning 2025, resulting in increased client satisfaction, stronger processes and greater team accountability.

Bart McCabe
Bart's career progression highlights the dynamic opportunities within facilities management. Joining Sodexo as a Caretaker Supervisor over a year ago, he has quickly progressed to Facilities Manager. From day one, Bart was drawn to the pace, variety, and people‑focused nature of facilities management. He always enjoyed roles where he could solve problems, support teams, and improve the environment around him, so FM felt like a natural fit for him.

Bart now leads a busy multi-service contract covering hard and soft FM, compliance, contractor management and client engagement. One of the most rewarding aspects of Bart’s journey has been seeing the team come together during high-demand periods to deliver exceptional service and receiving strong client feedback on improvements implemented.
