Sodexo’s concierge service, Circles has added Quilter Financial Advisers to its portfolio of services.

Circles is Sodexo’s wellbeing and concierge services business, helping its clients to improve productivity, wellbeing and employee engagement.

Quilter Financial Advisers, which is part of the FTSE 250 wealth manager Quilter, will deliver financial wellbeing and advice services to employees of Circles’ clients as part of their wellbeing services. The service is accessed via an online portal which includes financial education articles on general personal finance and company-specific topics such as workplace pension schemes.

Through the portal, users are able to sign up to a wide array of events on topics such as pre-retirement, redundancy, general financial planning, mortgages and equity release, and talks surrounding their specific group pension scheme. These events will be delivered on-site or via a webinar.

Quilter Financial Advisers will also offer a free initial advice consultation provided on an annual basis. In the consultation, employees are given an opportunity to have an initial exploratory discussion on various financial topics.

The partnership developed following the award of a five year IFM contract to Sodexo by Quilter in March 2020 to deliver a range of services including food including hospitality, technical services, reception, concierge & security, cleaning, grounds maintenance, helpdesk and real estate advisory.  The success of the concierge services delivered by Circles led to this new partnership between Circles and Quilter Financial Advisers.

Michael Fildes, CEO of Circles UK & Ireland, says:

Circles concierge services have a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of our clients’ employees by reducing stress and mental load. Employees cite their top anxieties and stresses as worries over family or finance, so I’m particularly pleased that our new and exciting partnership with Quilter Financial Advisers will offer financial support and education to our clients’ employees to further positively impact their holistic wellbeing.

Amanda Cassidy, managing director of Quilter Financial Advisers, adds:

We’re really excited to be working with Circles to help give its clients the tools they need to support employees to make the right financial decisions. Financial capability in the workplace is a growing area as more employers recognise the fundamental link between sustained financial resilience and overall employee wellbeing.

This also marks an exciting new opportunity for Quilter Financial Advisers, which builds on our valued affinity relationships and the financial wellbeing and advice services we already offer to employees in the Quilter group.
