The Times Top 50 Employers for Women

April 2019. Sodexo has been named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for the sixth consecutive year. The list recognises employers who make gender equality part of their business strategy at all levels and have committed to creating inclusive workplace cultures and women’s career progression.

Business All-Stars

Sodexo was recognised as a Business All-Star Irish Global Multinational Corporation for 2019-20 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body that accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars.

Great Places to Work Institute

One of the Best Large Workplaces in Ireland for 2018. The awards were held on Wednesday 21st February at the RDS, Dublin. It’s the first year Sodexo has been named as a top Irish workplace, based on the findings of an employee survey and an assessment of its policies and practices by the Great Place to Work Institute.

NSAI, 2018

Gold Standard in Excellence Through People by the NSAI, 2018. Sodexo Ireland was named as the Overall Winner at the Excellence in People Development Awards, held by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) on 3 December.

Disability Confident Leader

June 2018. Sodexo has achieved Leader status within the Government’s Disability Confident Scheme. The accreditation is an external validation of Sodexo’s commitment to promote the recruitment, engagement and development of people with disabilities.

France Ireland Chamber of Commerce Awards

Best French Company in Ireland – 2018 France Ireland Chamber of Commerce Awards. Sodexo emerged as winners of the 2018 Ireland-France Business Awards. Organised by the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce (FICC) and NetworkIrlande, the awards recognise excellence within the Franco-Irish business community.

Excellence Through People 2018

We were recently reaccredited to the revised ETP1000:2017 specification and granted a Gold Award.  Excellence Through People is Ireland’s only national human resource management scheme and is accredited by The National Standards Authority Ireland (NSAI).

Sodexo was recognised as a Business All-Star Irish Global Multinational Corporation for 2019-20 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.  It is an independently verified standard mark for Irish businesses that is based on rigorous selection criteria; performance, trust and customer centricity. Irish businesses that successfully navigate the Foundation’s six-step adjudication process can display the Business All-Star symbol which is presently held by 300 Irish firms.
