Sodexo Energy & Resources has been awarded three new FM contracts, worth a combined £6.5 million a year. The three contracts are with Total E&P UK Ltd, Doosan Babcock Ltd and a major player in the energy market.

Total E&P UK Ltd has appointed Sodexo to provide a range of FM services to over 1,200 employees at three sites in Aberdeen and the Shetland Islands as part of a new five-year contract.

Doosan Babcock Ltd, has also awarded a new three-year contract to Sodexo to provide multiple FM services to over 1,200 employees at six locations in the UK. This contract will see Sodexo’s brand-new Let’s Eat food offer introduced, which has been specifically created to provide good, honest affordable food that everyone knows and loves. It’s all served up in a modern, relaxing space - essential for helping consumers unwind.

Building on an 18-year relationship the third new contract is with an existing client in the energy sector and sees Sodexo providing offshore hotel services on an accommodation vessel where a 46-strong Sodexo team support the 300 personnel based onboard the vessel.

Susan Elston, senior vice president for Sodexo’s Offshore & Marine business in the UK and Ireland, said:

We are delighted to have been awarded these contracts. We believe that in the energy industry, the wellbeing and safety of our customers is critical. We are looking forward to partnering with all three clients to ensure their employees are given the best quality of life based on three core factors: safety, comfort and social engagement.

Dimitar Vassilev, Marketing Director for Sodexo Energy & Resources, UK & Ireland added:

We are extremely proud of Let’s Eat, our new food offer. Let’s Eat offers honest, delicious food with a side of stunning sensory design, served with passion that we want to share with all.
