    The Vital Spaces team was able to design and overcome the hurdle of food and facilities management services for their key sites by deploying Modern Recipe and Twelve Pay, both of which enabled fantastic food through digital ordering, click and collect, and Good Eating Company Delivered. 

     

    Employee-centric Technology Solutions

    Finally, sitting within the Workplace Tech and Analytics pillar, Sodexo are delivering a comprehensive suite of technology to support both consumer experience as well as the in-house and client team with business intelligence and reporting. It will bring together Dynamics, Power BI, Maximo, Azure as well as an employee-facing app to drive real time decision making analytics.

    With the right package of technology and analytics, Sodexo was able to deliver a service which went far above the hypothetical or abstract, but instead brought clear tangible benefits to the brand's employees and client team.

    Exploring Worklife Services, Vital Spaces implemented Circles Digital Concierge Services, AskFM Workplace Concierge, the Wando Consumer App and Health & Wellbeing Forums, with the aim of improving the quality of life for employees.

    Specialising in employee and workplace support services allowed Sodexo to tailor the solution and meet the brand's specific needs, including employee engagement, talent attraction and retention, all of which elevated productivity.
