Sodexo has become the first FM provider to have its waste management training programme accredited by the industry’s leading professional body.

The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management accredited the Sodexo Waste Management Gold Module Award for the next three years.

The programme comprises of three stages – bronze, silver and gold – and is accessible to all Sodexo employees from customer facing to senior management.

The learning journey has been specifically designed to be diverse, including booklet completion, role play, e-learning, residential courses and practical workshops, ensuring that the learner can access the information through a variety of media and develop a wide range of skills.

As a CIWM Accredited Programme, Sodexo employees successfully completing the full Gold Award will be entitled to apply for membership at Technician Member Status of CIWM.
