Sodexo celebrated a double win at the 2018 Kimberly Clark Golden Service awards, held at the London Hilton, Park Lane on 8 March.

The Sodexo team at Seagate Technology in Springtown Industrial Estate Derry won the Best Cleaned Premises: Manufacturing category, with supervisor Ray Browne receiving the title of Site Supervisor of the Year.

The Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards recognise the continuous improvement of standards in the cleaning industry that deliver optimal results. This year the awards have evolved to further drive innovation and all finalists have been credited for their contribution to improving cleaning standards.

Lauren Kyle, Head of Cleaning, Sodexo UK & Ireland, said: ““For our clients in any environment, the quality and professionalism of service delivery is hugely important.

At Sodexo, we are committed to raising standards and delivering to client expectations. Paula, Ray and the entire Sodexo team at Seagate have demonstrated this commitment through their hard work and the strong relationship they have built with the client. We are thrilled that they have been recognised at these awards – their success is very well-deserved.”

Richard Gamble, Senior Engineering Director, Seagate Springtown, added: “Congratulations to Ray and the team. This award is a deserved recognition for providing quality cleaning services to the Seagate Springtown site.”
