Sodexo has been shortlisted for three CIPD People Management Awards including HR team of the year.

Supporting Sodexo’s 34,000 employees across the UK and Ireland, PeopleCentre is nominated for HR team of the year award for an organisation of more than 250 employees.

PeopleCentre was launched in 2013 and comprises of 58 employees working across employee lifecycle, employee relations, HR systems, compliance, rewards, pensions, resourcing, and learning and development (L&D).

Sodexo was also shortlisted in the Best HR/L&D supplier category and best diversity and inclusion initiative.

This is the third diversity and inclusion award for which Sodexo has been shortlisted this year, having been named a finalist for the Responsible Business Awards and the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion Awards, both taking place next month.

The CIPD People Management Awards ceremony takes place in London on 29 September. Delivered in partnership with People Management Magazine, the awards recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements in HR and the impact HR has on business success. The awards are open to all types of organisations, regardless of size or sector.
